But Bama don’t schedule home and homes with quality OOC opponents, Pawl. They scared.

Respect for putting the games on campus where they belong!

While I like the neutral site games (my goodness, look at who Alabama played in them), I really love the home and home games. My freshman year at Alabama, the schedule included Nebraska, USCw, Mizzou, and Washington

Credit to Greg Byrne - fans and season ticket holders were adamant about wanting higher-quality home games and road trips, and in about 3 years he has put together a decade worth of H/H games that is as good as anybody could have ever asked for.

Dabo is going to have his work cutout for him at T-town.

Saban rigging the deck so his replacement doesn’t continue his success.

Great games. Glad to see college football moving back to strong games home and home. Bryne is a solid AD

Good for them on this. Want more teams scheduling big games like this, that’s a team that should be good then. And for some reason they are not that’s rare with OSU.

The next Ray Perkins or Cutty Sark Sarkisian can worry about that!
Ohio State is gonna gutstomp a second tier SEC team seven and eight years from now!
Here’s the Saban vs Bear angle!
Using the Saban, Bear & Baby Bear Croak Calculator
Nick Sabah 2020 (3-4 losses finish .864) > Bear Bryant 1982 (4 losses, finish .847)
Calculate .864 / .847 = 1.02007 or 2% better Hell give them 10% better!
Sabah Replacement 2021 > Bear Bryant Replacement 1982 by 2% Factor —
Here’s Bama in the next decade after Sabah croaks
Ray Perkins 1983 - 1986 — 4 Years .677
Bill Curry 1987 ——1989 — 3 Years .722
Sabah’s First Replacement (.677 x 1.02):
2021 — 2022 — 2023 — 2024 = .690 Record
32+ regular Season wins/48 = 8 wins/yr
Sabah’s Second Replacement:
2025 — 2026 — 2027 = .736 Record
27 regular Season wins of 36 = 9 wins/yr
Summary, Post Sabah Decade:
Ten win seasons a thing of the past, Alabama gets to look forward to similar Bowls annually in Mediocrity & Gump condo purchases in Orlando increase 300% after 6 consecutive Shitrus Bowls.
Sabah’s second replacement gets run off after OSU boat races him in Columbus and a Gene Stallingsesque coach gets to take over for the beating OSU gives them in 2028 in Tuscaloosa by Ryan Day (age 49).
The future is bright indeed Gumps!
P.S. — Post Croak stories about Saban include those on his right hip (replaced in April 2019 just months before the same right hip surgery on Tuna that November to end Sabah’s Last legitimate SEC title shot) and the pain he suffered and medications he became addicted to prior to his end at age 69, and the tired and irregular behavior, same as the Bear. Saban won tiebreaker due to a 2% better winning record despite longevity in seasons by the Bear. Bear vs Sabah debates rage as Gumps everywhere pine for the days when coaches won 85% of their games.

Look at what 8 years of losing to a rival does to someone people. If LSU wins this year this it will be the first time they have won in baton rouge since 2010. I can't imagine how much it hurts to lose that much to my team's biggest rival. Actually I can't imagine what it is like for your biggest rival to not consider it a rivalry.
