A little surprising must be the fan restrictions?

Yep, I believe the fan restrictions was it. Plus Jerry's world is a nicer stadium.

Might be the game time. Want to be done early?

Early game and it keeps Alabama away from being in the city of New Orleans. Less distractions.

Don't think the time is set in stone after they moved from the rose bowl?

Don't want any part of New Orleans with Covid around.

Bama wants to play in the Rose Bowl. I also
think Bama is undefeated in Jerry World.
ETA: Bama is 4-0 in Arlington under Saban and 2-3 in New Orleans.

Better Stadium, Better City, Better mayor, and Better locals.. New Orleans and LSU hates us.. why go to that toilet bowl. New Orleans isn't nothing like it use to be..

Bama wins in Louisiana all the time. Going to Texas to recruit.

Its a smart move. The powers that be in New Orleans (a clueless crew for sure) are only allowing 3000 today for Saints-Chiefs game. I doubt that will change for Sugar Bowl. Which pretty much means just family and a few others. Jerry World will likely be at least 20k.

Recruiting wise, I'd rather be in Florida, Georgia, California, Texas.

Makes perfect sense. Texas will allow at least 17K, New Orleans mayor only 3K, even though LA is under Phase 2 and allowed LSU to have 25% capacity. The Mayor of New Orleans is using Phase 1 COVID-19 guidelines. She does not want tons of people in the City.

Smart move by Alabama, more the players families can go to the game and more fans can go.

The recruitung stuff is a non factor. Its not like you're hosting recruits at the game.
