Inclusiveness: is that where men can be women etc?? Nah, detachment from reality is where I draw the line.

Lake Martin is nice

You've got pretty low lake standards. Anything on The Tennessee River is better.

One of the great ironies of the inclusivity category is it seems to be inversely correlated with demographic diversity.

State has a lot of poor black and white people? OK must not be very inclusive

Actually MS is the best place to live and our strategy has been gold for years.

Perception has us a terrible place to live but once people move here they never want to leave.

So keep up with those negative stereotypes. We do not want any idiots moving here.

You have Detroit the armpit of America so I’d tread lightly there.

Geography 101!

Ann Arbor is a 45 minute drive from Detroit, dude! Furthermore, according to www.worldpopulationreview.com, the average household income for 2021 in Detroit is $44,730 with a poverty rate of 35.02%. The median rental costs in recent years comes to $824 per month, and the median house value is $49,200.

In Ann Arbor, the average household income is $96,906 with a poverty rate of 22.34%. The median rental costs in recent years comes to $1,237 per month, and the median house value is $323,400.

"If you lead a good life, say your prayers & go to church; then when you die, you MIGHT go to Ann Arbor!"

As someone who has seen Georgia ruined by people moving here and saying, "well back home we did it this way..." then voting for the same shite they moved away from, Alabama and Mississippi baws should heed this insight from MSU baw.

Why do people confuse the Midwest with the northeast? Ohio = Midwest. Massachusetts = Yankee

I grew up in Alabama. The things that matter to most people there are faith and family. While there I learned to work hard and value the freedoms we have in this country. I would rather live in Alabama or any southern state than a liberal shithole.

Lake Martin is trash.

Huntsville is great for clearance jobs.

Birmingham is trash.

Auburn has houses for sale at prices that don't make sense for the income the average family cannot afford. And over the last 20 years has been overwhelmed by the amount of people moving there.

Montgomery is absolute trash.

Mobile is trash.

The beach towns are nice.

I've traveled to 46 of the 50 states... really traveled, not just fly in to an airport and take an Uber to a hotel. Everywhere has nice places and not so nice places.

AL has a low cost of living and some nice areas... Mountain Brook, Fairhope, etc.

I lost interest in the list at "inclusiveness"...woke arse BS alert.

I was born and raised in Louisiana but there is no way Alabama is worse than Louisiana or Mississippi. You have Huntsville, Orange Beach and mountains.

Tuscaloosa, Anniston, and Cullman really hurt our rating.
