I was told he was never on the Texas roster, and no transfer is officially on a new roster until they are eligible to practice. I know nothing of cfb transfer rules and I don't know if that is accurate.
As for Texas content on his social media, perhaps Hall is pissed that Texas made overtures to Jordan Addison. Sark has no interest in getting o-line transfers via the portal who can actually block or d-line/LB transfers via the portal who can actually sack a QB, but EVERYONE knows Sark is going to chase every legit talent at WR in the portal.
