Should have told him to kiss your arse. Don't talk his back talk.

Kendall was touting Schloss and other big names for State a few years ago too. That said, I really hope it’s Vitello for reasons stated above

Nah.
Mistakes are my middle name.
Not my first one and certainly won’t be my last.

Schloss is the most likely candidate for A&M. He's going through a life transition (divorce), home is for sale, and wants a change of scenery. I'm not sure how I feel about that but ...

Funny you say that.

More from KR;

This is in regardless to Schloss

He’d be a strong fit for LSU. The problem? Texas A&M is searching for a new head coach as well, and sources believe the Aggies would have the upper hand if the two programs got into a bidding war for his services. But never count out LSU athletic director Scott Woodward.

Not my first choice.
But we pay guys a heckuva lot more money than I earn to make those decisions.
I haven’t heard the name of a single coach with whom I wouldn’t be fine.
Good times.

Plus he'd have to live in that cesspool know as Baton Rouge. It will be interesting to watch - personally, I would love if Schloss went to LSU so that we can pursue other candidates

And I’d agree with that. Lsu is a great job. Some act like A&M isn’t.

A&M isn't a good job to the hundreds of baseball "fans" that frequent TD. Few of which actually attended LSU, much less a community college in the area ... like I said, hopefully those idiots stay on their own board

I think a&m has plenty potential as most schools in the sec. It is a tough conference. Everyone is good, its just that some take it to that next level which is just a little better than good. Aggies certainly have the money and fan support. Its about recruiting as well.

I'm interested to watch this play out. LSU baseball will get a big name, because that is how Woodward works.

Many champions have and continue to live there.

Well, BR is certainly not at the top of places I visit for work. Only redeeming quality is the food in more than half a dozen trips to the town

Oh okay well that makes you the expert then?

I don’t even like Baton Rouge that much but it’s a perfectly fine place to live, especially if you’re affiliated with LSU.

He’s an amazing coach, no doubt.
Most analyses I’ve read say the powers that be want Texas HS/travel ball ties.
He lacks that variable.

Yeah this is a good route to go. Last I heard they were very close to hiring Timmy Peppercorns dad who coaches the West Texas Frozen Ropes.
