There's that Aggie education for you. Louisiana is a state, not a country.

One of the handful of nice homes in Louisiana. That still looks like shite

Leaving TCU for A&M honestly makes no sense to me unless they throw absurd money at him.

Having seen your picture on this site, it's clear that dental care is subpar in Texas.

You've upvoted every single one of your posts almost immediately after posting it. If that doesn't describe the state of Lousiana I don't know what does.

Austin was cool for awhile but becoming Dallasified by the day. Went back in 2019 and it had totally lost it soul.

I liked San Antonio, the people were much less pretentious and the vibe was much chiller.

Can agree with this - enjoy my time in SA more than Austin. Like the Austin airport, but the area around it is TERRIBLE, and the traffic is WORSE. The homeless shelter in the downtown area is rocking after dark (lol) as it isn't far from my hotel. Downtown SA is just a different vibe. Usually I see both cities in the same trip

Ft Worth is okay
Agreed. Usually drop in to see friends in North Dallas when I am in the area though. And downtown Ft Worth is pretty great

Louisiana is flawed but the food
The food in LA is the only thing I look forward to on my trips there. I cannot understand the people very well though, just like I have problems deciphering Orgeron. New Orleans is a little bit easier than BR.

As for those dissing College Station I have friends that live there and visit semi-regularly. It is not the little town most here would think it is these days. I really like College Station

Your post makes no sense. Are you trying to argue that Draconian allegedly upvoted his own post, and that such an upvote somehow describes a state? In what way does a self-upvote provide any description of an entire state? And, for what it's worth, I provided the first upvote to Draconian's post, so your post was based on a false assumption.

The frick? You've never been to Texas if you truly believe this. San Antonio is absolutely nothing like Houston.

On the radio this morning.

"Attention should turn to Jim Schlossnagle and Tony Vitello. Schlossnagle's success at TCU has been well documented. Hiring Vitello would be like hiring a Lincoln Riley-type at Oklahoma. He's hard-nosed and very energetic. I would not expect the coaching search to get past those two names. I would be shocked if it weren't one of those two."
