they do look kinda cool, which is what I'm constantly told about all the new Mizzou helmets that I hate.
Gimmickry is no substitute for good old executing of a play or a tackle.

What most people get at a&m about their uniforms is the big gimmick in all of it. They are giving yall shite because the serious programs don't need a black out or a white out to get people excited or to make recruits notice. I mean a&m and Oregon are the only schools still doing black outs.... and when LSU does alts we stick to our look and colors. Iconic uniforms will always be held to higher praise than some glow in the dark bs. Just saying. The words "tradition" comes out of most recruits mouths when talking about the school they chose. And yall might be getting a hefty check from Adidas but they can pretty much make yall wear what they want.

It is what it is. Texas A&M should have said, way before now, we have something for a night game, push us back a bit.
An 11 start time for a well designed gimmick is... the SEC laid the wood to the Aggies. It is a solid gimmick and the Aggies should get a night win for it.

I don't know what more idiotic; the monumental amount of dumbassery that goes into starting a marketing campaign in August for a uniform made specifically for a night game on Oct. 31st when there are no guarantees that it will be a night game.

First off, how were the Aggies supposed to know that South Carolina would suck and their Head Coach Spurrier would quit on them mid season, thus the 11:00am start time.
