The pearl clutching fans that don’t understand where this angst is coming from have no idea what goes on in the recruiting battles between LSU and Bama.
About 75% of the players on LSU’s team were also at least casually recruited by Bama. The LSU team knows exactly what Bama coaches say about LSU’s coaches in private. The LSU coaches are aware of this as well.
The LSU program was sick and tired of the Bama staff belittling the LSU staff on the recruiting trials. Look at last years recruiting rankings and the next two recruiting class rankings.

Explain to me why so many Texas A&M fans are so rattled and upset over LSU’s win? I’ve seen it all day today here and all over Twitter. You look like complete psychopaths filled with jealousy. Also the multiple LSU commits “officially shutting down their recruitment” after the game wasn’t a happy accident. Direct response to the bullshite Alabama has pulled in recruiting the last few years.

Looks pretty accurate to me. I dont see what the big deal is. Even a knuckle dragging shrimp boat idiot can luck up and win a big game from time to time.
