We had 637 against them @ Ole Miss. You got yours at home.

To show just how insane it is, Georgia's whole offense only had five more yards that that against Ole Miss tonight.

Yeah, but we weren't trying for a lot of it.

Uh, Carson Beck didn't NEED to have that many yards. When you play for a team that has a REAL D and a RBs that put up 300+ yds rushing, it's not necessary. Your honor, I rest my case...

You guys are going to make me pull for BAMA at this point

The guys who catch the ball get credit for the yards on the reception. Daniels also ran the ball. To me, it sounds like you don’t understand how total offense works.

UGA has a much more talented squad. I’d say nearly at every position but qb/wr. Don’t act like Beck is half as good as Daniels. I think most rational fans, including the Dawgs, would agree.

Beck has all of the tools to be a fine NFL QB.

Daniels would get my vote for the Heisman. It is too bad that LSU doesn't have a better defense to help him out.

Already been there, bro. Georgia is trash. Like, Florida level trash.

You do realize the head coach is responsible for all parts of the team, not just the offense right?

Kelly is known to be a more offensive-minded coach.

He's also known for being an HC that let's his DC handle EVERYTHING on that side of the ball.

So no, we don't care about your inaccurate assessment of BK as a head coach and I'm also unsure how that faulty argument in any way negates my observation that Kelly has one of the best offenses in FBS history.

Try again.

Dude, Kelly is the head coach. If his D Coordinator sucks, it’s his fault for hiring him. Ergo, he’s at least a halfway shitty head coach when his D couldn’t stop West Monroe from scoring 3 TDs.

Kelly ruined a national championship offense by allowing a 3A LA HS defense to support them.

Yeah, that reflects on him as a HC. It's like when UF fans thought Dan Mullen was a great HC because of his offensive accumen... but didn't fault him for keeping Grantham as his DC (until the very end) or fault him for failing in recruiting (again, until the very end).

You're not a coordinator when you're the head coach. The whole team is your responsibility. You better hire good coaches and recruit good players on both sides of the ball, not just the one you have a background on.

Would it be inappropriate to point out that Florida’s D was #45 and Mississippi’s was #59?

Combined with some of the plays he made, JD5 looked like an NCAA 14 QB with a 99 rating for every skill.

Here is the thing that we may never know: how Carson Beck would stand up to the pressure of always having to score.
Because the LSU defense is so bad, JD has pressure on him to score on every drive, regardless of the score. He has handled this pressure magnificently.
It's much easier to be up by 3 scores, run a paly action play on second and short and throw a touchdown and pad your stats.
There is more than "just a little difference" between Beck and Daniels.
