As stated in other thread:
Sometimes great players just get ridiculously hot. Go back and look at her 20 three point attempts. The D was good on most of her misses and arguably the defense was good on 6 of the makes.
Those are shots you have to live with as a coach because they’re supposed to ...

I went back and looked at Clark’s made 3s.
4 of her threes were on HVL (primary defender)
3 were on Poa (on far fewer possessions)
1 on Angel as a help defender
1 on a 2-on-1 transition where HVL covered the other player who broke free to the hole
11 misses

I honestly think she ends up playing in Europe until she develops a midrange shot and stronger post moves.
She’s a 6’3” low post player that is long but doesn’t jump. She shoots low scoops. I would LOVE if she had come back, because her high-effort style is awesome in college, but she’s not goin...

If Williams starts next year she needs to step up. HVL gets a lot of flak here, but I literally can’t remember the last game I thought Williams had a significant impact in. If you think Van Lith is slow on D, Williams is molasse...
