I get the legalese,

No you don’t.

Unless the contract had specific performance standards, you can’t simply void it due to excessive losses

Louisiana's a right to work state they can fire you for whatever the frick they want to.

Contracts still exist in RTW states and RTW doesn’t absolve you of the language in the contract unless you can prove the other party didn’t hold up their end.
I listed the 4 that have made significant impact.

Which others?

Arguably Cooley, Payton, and Pyburn could be the next tier, but those have simply been serviceable starters, not difference makers, thus far.

This is not true. Most of our class were hits except for Thompson Sharp and Anderson. The rest of the offensive guys aren't being used properly

Sharp is a bust. Can’t block and less of a passing threat than guys we had.

Defensive line transfers (interior and edge) have not performed to expected level.

Only WR that didn’t bust is Brown.

Haulcy, Delane, Moore, and Brown are the only difference makers we got.
If there is one position that should never reclassify up, it is QB. It doesn’t matter how gifted you are athletically or how well you process, it makes ZERO sense for a QB to enter college early.

It’s not a position where you are trying to wring as much value as you can out of your body before it gets broken (running backs, linemen, etc). It’s a position where once you have the physical ability, your longevity is essentially based on how much you know, how poised and calm you are under pressure, and how good you perfect your technique.

Hurley’s advisors did him a major disservice by reclassifying him. His clock started when he was nowhere close to his peak, which means he’s just wasting eligibility while trying to catch up.

I doubt he ever plays for us.

I agree. Perhaps having a daughter exactly his age makes me see the other side of it.

If he took the giant NIL deal, failed to prepare, and just expected success then as an athlete he has earned every bit of criticism he’s getting.

That said, 23 year olds sometimes realize too late the impact of bad decisions and have to resolve their failures to themselves.

I’ve had to separate numerous Airmen that age due to drugs or various failures in performance or development, and as each career ended, there was regret from them no matter how much they earned it. They knew they screwed up, but they figured it out too late.

When a career you’ve worked for ends, it’s crushing. Especially if your actions or performance caused it. That’s what he’s dealing with.

He’s earned the criticism and I think MVB should start from here on, but I do empathize with Nuss.

Best friends with Wilson Will likely follow him

If Wilson isn’t retained, he’s headed back to mid-major. No school that Berry’s talent fits at is taking Wilson as a RB coach.

Berry isn’t going to a mid-major, no matter how much he likes Frank.
Van Buren will never have a WR with any YAC. He throws everything Low

"Hands to the face" in obvious and awful holding with 77s hand all the way in the lineman's shoulder pads.

Exactly. We got a flag while being bear hugged
Wilson has no guts. Cowardice on that call
From 1st and goal at the 8….to 3rd and goal on the 22
Almost like they waited til bama saw the formation then stopped the play
Our offensive line, man
Holy shite. Perk made a play
quote:

I thought they weren't allowed to do that now

Wrong.

WE aren’t allowed to do that now. Bama can do whatever the frick they want to.
