Lowering the US flag does not hold as much esteem as it used to. It's being used to much. In my opinion, it should be used for Presidents, members of Congress and members of the armed forces (maybe NASA astronauts).

Besides advances in the cameras themselves (image capture and clarity), the Flock system uses a connectivity matrix to link all images and data. This allows them to track and predict patterns, using AI. Like I said, this has not been "around for decades" (excluding NSA/ Military held proprietary usage).
