The average Mormon Mission is 2 years + training time (3-4 Months)

Sounds like age discrimination to me .. Sport should mirror the student body, if a 50 year old wants to go back and finish years later and go out for football, he should be able to.

Pretty easy, no more waivers. Much more cut and dry than the current setup with redshirts, waivers, etc
