Maybe UGA can play Boise State next year after you miss the playoffs again. Yall could reach next level "next year" hype for 2022.

Is saban still coaching? You of all people should know that until he leaves it's a farce for any sec team to be ranked ahead of bama preseason.

Alabama will be replacing basically all of the key offensive players

Not like thats ever happened before right?

How will we ever replace julio or ridley?

How will we ever replace ingram or henry?

How will we ever replace tua?

At this point bama fans have gotten so bored with winning all the time they have to manufacture any kind of hint of drama to make next year's winning seem more satisfying

Nah, it isn't. We win the SEC a lot - more than we don't - but we don't win it every season.

And next year will be a year of working through stuff on offense with a new OC, new QB, young WRs/RBs, young OL. We'll be pretty good on defense, but we'll scuffle through some stuff on offense, especially early.

Georgia is set to really hit the ground running from game one next season on offense - and you'll need to, obviously, with that first game being Clemson.

And we'll be replacing every cornerback/star that started this season with mostly freshmen and have to rely on freshmen on the OL. Our QB, rbs, wrs, and lbs will be real good but it's still gonna be bama then everyone else

I agree with UGA number one, unless they are losing more than I thought. I'm sure that LSU and A&M are in the T20 somewhere. I think Florida is losing a lot as well.

If Smart doesn't beat Bama next year, it probably isn't going to happen

Idk about that. Kirby will be in his 6th year ever as a head coach, saban will be in like his what like 25th? Kirby likely hasn't even really hit his stride/peak as a head coach yet

I'd put Bama third behind Georgia and Oklahoma preseason. Miami being 8th is comical.

and have to rely on freshmen on the OL.

That's the one thing that would give me pause regarding UGA. Bama's offense this year had playmakers, sure, but the OL opened huge holes and kept Mac clean. We had four full-time starters back from 2019 plus our fifth guy had some starting experience under his belt heading into the year. So valuable to have experience there.

Believe it or not, I actually think ESPN's is better ... except Clemson is #1 in this projection

I don't mind Georgia. I like Kirby. I hope y'all win the big one once as long as its not at our expense along the way somehow.

But I mean, will y'all ever arrive? Y'all are like a high class cigarette boat stuck on a river that gets too narrow in the end to get to the ocean. Stuck af.

Good luck, though!

LSU doesn't deserve to be on there, on account of the shitshow of 2020.

But they have the talent to be a top-10 team, maybe top-5.

We'll see
