There’s no way Sanford Stadium is more intimidating than Ben Hill Griffey Stadium.

Lolz, Neyland has been sold out by opposing fans for the last 16+ years.

State usually sucks in the road but not at Kyle Field.

First of all I don’t consider UGA an intimidating stadium at all, 4th is great but probably high.

No way in hell is Clemson number 1, I’m sure the little ACC teams and Furman freak out; but come on! Oregon, LSU, PSU, and Tennessee are easily top 4 in some order; just the way they hold sound and make you feel like everything is on top of you. I would think the cowbells State and The paddles at Okie light and how close they are to the field would be unnerving…. As a fan , not sure I want to be near all the drunks in Morgantown either…. I hate Auburn, but when they are rolling, you have to give them credit; that place is cult like. WBS in Columbia is pretty electric as well.

Tennessee, Georgia, and Arky being on this list over the Swamp is legit insulting lol.

Never been to the Swamp, I just don’t think it’s that intimidating; neither is UGA either they are both kinda what you envision a college football Saturday; nice.

Tennessee at night , when they are lit and going.. the way the stadium shakes and stands up.. geeks like it’s straight up.. gets unnerving

I mean during the Morris era yeah. But during big games it’s as good as any. Hard to have a good one when you’re losing 56-20 and going 2-10.

The amount that aTm triggers you is hilarious

Yeah Tuscaloosa isn’t even a little scary. You more than likely won’t win their; but it has ZERO to do with the environment or stadium

If the crowd gets as rowdy as the Texas game last year, that stadium gets really loud. I hated the loss but the atmosphere was amazing
Actually I think it is spot on. Arkansas fans are so desperate for success then you bring in a team like Texas or Alabama and we blow the roof off

I'm guessing you are very young. If you think that you never been through the Petrino or Nutt years. Even Bert brought some big crowds.

The swamp is anything but nice. It’s older, crammed, and HOT. But it’s loud as frick and hard to play at. I think of UGA as nice…similar to BDS. The quality of the teams that are playing recently make both those stadiums scarier than they actually are.

Vols have the aesthetics but not necessarily intimidating and Arky being on the list is insane.

The Swamp has received tons of praise from other coaches about how difficult it is. Gus Malzhan said the Swamp was louder than Death Valley. shite even Saban came off a little rattled last year by the noise.

Considering Tennessee pelts their own players with trash, this isn’t that far fetched

Don't know about now, but what used to annoy the hell out of me about Georgia games was the wine and cheese crowd that SAT the whole game and expected everyone around them to do the same. Many of us great unwashed made it a point to avoid buying tickets in their sections if we possibly could. And wouldn't you know it, their seats were the best in the house too. I think these folks thought they were at Augusta National instead of Sanford Stadium. As I watched the games last year online down here in Costa Rica it seemed that state of affairs had changed somewhat. Hope so.

There’s no way we are 9th, but I’ll take it.
The Texas game did wonders for our perception. That place was at a fever pitch on national TV for 4 straight quarters.

But these days that happens once or twice every couple years, and the other games are very much golf clap type atmospheres.

Part of that has been the average margin of victory for the non top 25 games is like 25+.

No one is staying consistently loud in a blowout against a non rival or top 25 matchup.
