Kiffin hinting corral may not play Saturday

Woof.

I hope he’s just sending a smoke screen but damn our entire offense is hurt just about

Is Altmyer the 2nd string? Part of me thinks we'd throw in Plumlee for running if Corral is indeed out

Kiffin hasn’t announced any injuries this year at all and I don’t think he’s going to now. If Corral wasn’t playing Kiffin would not have announced it on a Monday press conference.

Even if he can go but is limited on mobility that takes away so much of what we can do. Unless LSU just gives up on their season this is gonna be a tough one

Altmyer has not looked good. I realize he was only in on one snap in a crazy environment last weekend but he couldn't hit the broadside of a barn against whatever FCS team we played.

He needs a RS year and we need to just RPO the frick out of Plumlee.

Plumlee could make the ultimate sacrifice by just running every play. Altmeyer hasn't looked amazing, but once Kiffin has all of his attention in the offseason he should be better.

The LSU rushing defense has had some bad games, but they held a really good Florida ground game to 138 yards on 35 carries Saturday. This is the same Florida team that went for 244 on Bama and 283 on Tennessee. We lead the conference in rushing, which I love, so it will be interesting to see how this pans out during the game.

Hopefully LSU is hungover from Florida and our fans give a desperately needed hostile environment

Yeah, right. At least they will be in their seats for kickoff.

It's kind of weird that we would retire #10 and have #10 play as the QB during that game.

Neal is reporting that Corral practiced yesterday.

Matt Corral will play in a wheelchair if he has to. He's too much of a competitor.

ETA: It's already been mentioned, but Sam Williams is having a great season so far. 25 tackles, 7.5 TFL, 6.5 sacks, 2 FF, 1 FR, and 1 TD in just 6 games.

This TD thread about Ole Miss and Oxford is littered with gold.

LSU fans and self awareness do not get along.

We are painting the endzones with a red background and blue lettering with the name "Manning" in all caps. It's an interesting move, but Eli is the most important player in the history of our program. Have to show him more appreciation than anyone.

Also, among the litany of wrong information in that thread, UPD no longer cares about open containers. Spoke with an officer and the rule is gone now.

To this day I do not understand how we couldn't find ANYONE to put back on punt returns besides Neat. Dude was a liability and cost us the 2012 LSU game single-handedly.
