Well, what if we were to give them a really hyped putting green?

I was thinking that we could install a bowling lane on our sideline and have them bash some strikes.

I had said it, it seemed like someone died before the game. The offensive energy seemed so flat. Fortunately they pulled thru. Not sure what the deal was. It was pretty humid but yeah glad someone else spoke to this.

Gotta find more targets than Lacy. Good news is Lindsey (spelling?) saw a lot of action. We are missing Wright and those stud WRs. Nice confidence builder for Alexander too. Would it be too predictable to do some jet sweeps to utilize his raw speed? It was wild watching him
Turn on the jets. Looked like he was flying. I saw something he set the speed records #1 and #2 for week 1 out of all players. Pretty sure that’s what I saw.

Worst possible trap game and we won, all that matters.

This is such a shitty opponent. Hopefully Lacy rests that leg.

I'm so checked out of it and it's my fault. I've spent entirely too much time over on the main board and it's stained my attitude. I really don't care to engage over there, but I ended up chattering with some five-year-old, potato head this morning.

The problem is Lacey needs to have a big game to make up for last week to keep up in the Heisman race. Personally, I don’t give a shite about the Heisman, but unfortunately that’s just how the game is played.

Chambliss has a much better shot at the Heisman than Lacy.

I care about the Heisman. It would place us in elite company. But I want another SEC championship more than anything.

If jeanty didn’t win the heisman, it’s going to be tough for an RB unless they have insane stats. This year the top non QBs seem to be Malachi Toney and Jeremiah Smith. Definitely more important to rest than put up stats.

No doubt. It's a QB award now. There have only been three RB winners since the turn of the century. But in the 25 years prior to that (1975 - 1999), RBs won 15.

Lacy isn't going to have any Heisman numbers if he aggravates that injury.

Obviously Trinidad shouldn’t play in the second half. Y’all think Maddox gets a whole quarter? Or do we get Deuce as many reps as possible?

I think they should both get significant time. Have Chambliss get 5 1st half TD’s then give both Duece and Maddox a quarter each.

Deuce

He is QB1 next season, so they will want to get him involved in games.

Honestly, just throw 4 go routes to Deuce Alexander and then pull the starters. Doubt anyone in Charlotte can run with him

Deuce should take every qb snap this season that Chambliss does not take unless he's hurt.

Are there any reports on how he has looked in camp/practice?

Quite true. Need to get him ready for next year. That's one of the things I couldn't stand about LK. Always chasing stats to the detriment of guys that needed development as backups and/or the next year.
