IMHO, nothing looks better for our road jerseys than the white with red letters & strips.

For home jerseys, maybe 2 games each with powder blue and navy blue jerseys, 3 games with red. To me thars a good compromise for the old farts vs. the kids.

And for God's sake put some strips on the white practice pants!

He wants to coach the playoff and leave. Thats why he’s dragging his feet.

This is my concern ... it's why you give him a deadline. If he leaves after the playoffs, we've lost out on all reasonable replacements, NSD, and maybe the portal. It would be as devastating as when the NCAA screwed us over Brewer.

The deadline should be as late as possible while still being able to hire Sumrall, and it may already be too late for that because we entertained the 50 year old millionaire narcissist waiting on daddy’s ghost to give him guidance.

I told my wife that this made me think of Smokey and the Bandit. In regard to his decision, Kiffin reminds me of Deputy Junior Justice waiting for his daddy, Sheriff Buford P. Justice, to tell him what to do.

Happy Thanksgiving!
I'm not disagreeing, as I'm about as sick of LK doing this to us as I can be. Talk about ungrateful! Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

However ... as Randy Travis said .. on the other hand ...

I'm old enough to remember the fanfare when OM hired Steve Sloan. It was treated as the Second Coming. He was a lock to return OM to glory! He had taken Texas Tech and Vandy to bowl games! Multiple times!

Then 5 long, abysmal, miserable, soul-sucking years later, I remember him crying at his goodbye press conference when he resigned to take the job at Duke. Nice guy (I spoke with SS once), but a horrible failure at OM.

I'm almost in the camp of wanting LK gone ... but be careful what you wish for.

A sales manager once told me that if they are on the lot 'just looking,' they want to buy. Lane will always want the next great job. This 'he's matured' is pure bull.

My vote is 51-49 staying, but when Texas or Bama opens, it changes to 80-20 leaving.
This is strictly supposition, but I would think Kiffin himself would want to make a decision by Dec. 3rd. Wherever he intends to coach next year, you would think he'd want recruits to know by then, would you not?
I rarely speak up here, but good Lord, man! We just beat LSU. Remember all off season everybody raved about their 'elite' defense, full of NFL players in the secondary? They were supposed to be battling it out with Georgia and Texas for the SEC championship.

I am sick and tired of every time Ole Miss has a good season, people like you claiming the SEC is down. We beat LSU and are currently leading the SEC by 2 games. Enjoy it!

Hotty Toddy! LFG!
If Kelly leaves, LSU's first call will be to Mr. Coach Kline at SCLSU. He'll bring his star LB with him.

That does not mean Kiffin will do it. If I was a betting man I’d say they’ll take him back though. You have 8 months to fix his attitude, which is light years easier than integrating a new running back into the system

And if his attitude doesn't change, let him ride the bench. See how that impacts his draft status.
I would add Harbaugh to that list. Cant stand that s.o.b.

Anyone that has sleepovers with high school boys is a pedo in my book. Just my opinion, not stating fact.

The whole Matt Luke era is a blur to me

What is this "Matt Luke era" of which you speak? I bet it's an urban legend like that Peach Bowl that people claim Ole Miss played in a while back.

It's official: Caden Prieskorn returning to Ole Miss

I remember having the debate with my dad. Is it better to be cold or hot. The conclusion- hot. At least you can shed layers. When you’re cold- sometimes there is nothing you can do even with layers.

I used to be convinced that you could always find a way to warm yourself, so I preferred the cold.

Then I joined the Army and found out just how wrong I had always been. Give me warm weather.
1992 Liberty Bowl. Ole Miss beat Air Force 13 - 0. It was cold and rainy. Had on multiple layers and could not get warm. At least the Rebels won the game.
