1992 Liberty Bowl. Ole Miss beat Air Force 13 - 0. It was cold and rainy. Had on multiple layers and could not get warm. At least the Rebels won the game.

The Rebs have tipped multiple passes, so that's a positive.

I saw the empty seats on TV, as well. It is 1 pm in Oxford, Ms on 9/2, and has been pointed out, the opponent is FCS Mercer.

I rarely post, but I wanted to say I agree with you, Whiskey. Kiffin was the right coach at the right time for Ole Miss.

Is he the right coach moving forward? I don't know. If he stays, great. If he leaves, okay, I guess. I would be fine with him leaving for a Florida, a Miami, etc. But, Auburn? frick that hellhole and frick him if he goes there. I, for one, have not forgotten and will never forget what they did with Tubby and especially with Treadwell. Remember "whatever it takes," anyone?

All I can say is that I am eternally grateful that Keith Carter is our AD. I trust him to make decisions that are in the best interests of Ole Miss.
