Fine with me. The fans deserve another conference game and a game worth attending and watching

4 scrub games is entirely too many .

Yeah, a biennal trip to Norman

The two things they said they considered were historical rivalries and geographical convenience.

So they give us the team we've played twice that's literally the second farthest away of any location (Gainesville is further....even Columbia, SC is closer).

Oh. And this little jewel from Google's AI brain.

quote:

Ole Miss and Oklahoma have played only twice, with Ole Miss winning the first meeting in the 1999 Independence Bowl, 27-25, and Oklahoma winning the second, a 26-14 game in 2024. The 1999 game was significant as it was the last college football game of the 20th century, featured future stars like Deuce McAllister and Josh Heupel, and marked Oklahoma's last loss before its national championship season.

I honestly never imagined AI could be this bad. I mean, if they routinely get the most mundane facts totally wrong, then what's the point?

Chambliss protects the football. He doesn't force throws into impossible windows. Yes, Simmons has a missile launcher for an arm and massive potential but against LSU's defense, being careless and reckless is going to cost us points. No frickin' way you leave a good time to go to a good time.

AI is especially great for wording and rewording stuff, but one flat better check everything it belches forth.

I seent it.

I also seen all of the State fans traversing I-20 on January 2 on the way home after being destroyed by UT in the Cotton Bowl. It was a nice feeling after the horrible Egg Bowl loss that year.

That's funny, my degree is in communications with a minor in English.

I guess I find writing an easy thing to do. I did not realize that most people struggle with this basic skill, which is taught in every grade.

99% chance the giants get crushed, but if Dart balls out I hope he invites Jim back to the Oxford IHOP

Well I can predict the future of our season guys.

Mateer is out for several weeks for Oklahoma. Know what that means? We will win this weekend, go into Norman undefeated and it will coincidentally be his first game back for them. And he will throw it all over us to give us our first loss.

100%. I'll go even further. We rebound and upset UGA on the road to be in the driver's seat for a playoff spot only to drop the egg bowl and end the season as the first team out
