Keith Carter.. I think OM needs to hang on to the guy until the day he kicks the bucket. Look at the body of success OM sports is seeing. Just keep branding OM as a perpetual party in the South/SEC and national athletics contender.

Kiffin hire was great. But the beard hire made me have total faith in him. He was sick of his baby (OM basketball) being a perennial bottom dweller so he nutted up and made a controversial hire that he knew would draw a lot of backlash but would be totally worth it in the end. I would die for Keith. He is the perfect person to lead this athletic department
