I'd love to see a solid TE in Kiffin's offense. The offense's ability to stretch the field should make for some great open areas for the TE.

Kiffin has not shied away from throwing to the TE when he has them. But, it's not a focal point in his office.

Notable TEs under Lane Kiffin
2020 - Kenny Yeboah, 27 receptions, 524 yards, 6 TDs (it was really Yeboah's first four games that were meaningful; after that, he disappeared)
2019 - Harrison Bryant, 65 receptions, 1004 yards, 7 TDs; John Raine, 38 receptions, 343 yards, 3 TDs
2018 - Harrison Bryant, 45 receptions, 662 yards, 4 TDs
2017 - Harrison Bryant, 32 receptions, 408 yards, 5 TDs
2016 - OJ Howard, 45 receptions, 595 yards, 3 TD
2015 - OJ Howard, 38 receptions, 602 yards, 2 TD
2012 - Xavier Grimble, 29 receptions, 316 yards, 5 TD
2011 - Randall Telfer, 5 TDs
2009 - Luke Stocker, 389 yards, 5 TDs

Talk about leaving too early. Dude needed another year BAD

Dawson Knox would have had 2000+ receiving yards under Kiffin

Where is Yeboah now? He definitely needed another year. Apparently everybody knew this but him.

Ole Miss added another name to their 2023 commitment list when Southwest Mississippi Community College offensive tackle Izavion Miller officially committed to Ole Miss Sunday night.

Miller does not yet have a recruiting grade from 247Sports but had offers from South Florida, Memphis and Jackson State, in addition to Ole Miss.

Not sure another year would've done much for Yeboah, especially with all of the injury concerns. The reason it feels like he fell off is he played with a broken bone in one hand and a separated shoulder for most of the season and still put up some decent numbers.

We're flipping 4* DB Braxton Myers from USC.

We got that in Trigg. This new guy's offer list is not impressive at all.

Connor has a great size/speed ratio. Legit 6'4" 225 and ran a 4.62 at our camp. He fits the mold for the modern flex TE who can line up off tackle or outside.

Oversized WR’s that are a mismatch nightmare like Trigg. Cover him with a lineback and he’ll burn you. Cover him with a DB and he’ll beast you. Forget to cover him and he’s taking it to the house. That kind of TE.

They expect Trigg to be that nightmare matchup with the ability to block if needed. The same goes with the freshman K. Heath and the TE that committed over the weekend. Both kids have big frames (6’4 and 230 to 235 lbs) have wheels and can be physical when needed.
