Trever Jackson was never going to play here. His stats from this season are 583 yards, 6 TDs 5 INT. 32 completions on 62 attempts. That’s not a SEC QB

Kam told Spieglman (sp?) that he is not going to Knoxville and if he goes anywhere it will be Oxford this weekend.
Edit: it was not Spieglman but Rivals that reported this:
“ There was some buzz that Tennessee was looking to get the five-star on campus this weekend as the Vols host No. 1 Georgia. However, Franklin told Rivals that if he does make a visit this weekend, it will be to Ole Miss. The five-star is "locked in 100%" with his pledge.”

You need to check the football thread. Been discussed there a fair amount. I’ll say this, though, if he decides to depart over $100k (and yeah that’s big money for a 20 year old and any year old pretty much) then that will just be proof positive yet again any sort of loyalty or attachment to a program is damn near non-existent. Surely he’s built lasting relationships with coaches and teammates at OM. He’s already making bank off Ole Miss, so if he is willing to go elsewhere because we won’t give him exactly what he wants, then we may just have to let him walk as bad as they will look and as painful as that may be.
