CJ Avery seems to really like Coach Mcgriff, and it is well known How he helped with Laquon, Nkemdiche and others in that Class.
He is a key addition in repairing this Staff

I'm not convinced we can get a big name to take a risk on us if the NCAA has not announced what they are doing. I don't care if we pay them 7 figures, they don't want to taint their rep or handycap themselves recruiting if they can get that much money or even slightly less somewhere else. We might even have to overpay an up and coming guy just to get them to take a chance on us with the pending investigation still outstanding.

Ross needs to get himself on a plane to Indy now or start a media scorched earth policy where he throws the NCAA under the bus and gets the court of public opinion to swing against the NCAA. I think most casual fans already think it's ridiculous that universities can make bank on selling jerseys and tickets but if they pay for a hotel room or a light bill they are going to pumish them. If we can somehow drag them and their backwards rules through the mud I think we could at least create some leverage for them to hurry up. Opening up a firestorm agains them on any network that will listen would make them put up or shut up pretty quickly regardless of what the punishment will be.
