Are people still living and dying with recruiting shark bites and tweets now still?
I just can’t get excited at all about this until these guys actually stay with the program and play
I don’t really care if we sign them and they transfer after a year of not playing. It’s like they were never here.
In a few years if these guys are actually contributing then I’ll be excited about them coming here

The game has definitely changed, but if you aren’t getting high school talent in the trenches, you almost certainly won’t be able to get it in the transfer portal at an affordable price.
So yeah, some of these guys may transfer out, but building this pipeline gives us a shot at long term competitiveness.

Well in case any of you were wondering, Kamario came back for his senior season in my CFB27 dynasty and in 2028 he won the Heisman and led us to an undefeated national title run. This was all simmed and I had absolutely no impact on the outcome

No idea what this exactly means in terms of money, etc... but definitely good for the brand and something we can definitely pitch to recruits.

Not going to make a 2028 recruiting thread yet - but top 100 DL Antavion Allen committed this morning.
Composite rankings - #95 nationally, #11 DL, #3 MS.
Chose Ole Miss over notable offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida State, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Missouri, Florida, Southern Cal, UCLA, Texas, Auburn and Texas A&M, among others.
The 6-foot-4, 289 pound prospect finished his sophomore campaign with 66 tackles, 21 tackles for loss and 18 sacks. Allen helped Hattiesburg finish 12-3 and runner-up in 6A Mississippi football.
