FIFY.

The guilty are always guilty.

The enormous number of people who don't get that is extremely alarming.

Most of these mouth breathers who are so livid right now think that just because someone was shot, it's enough to convict. They have no idea about things like reasonable doubt, the state's burden of proof, elements of a crime, self defense, etc.

I just want to note this may be the only time we agree on anything.

But in all seriousness I think this quote is pretty appropriate here. Especially for those who believe Zimmerman was "in the wrong".

"A legally proper verdict does not mean the action was morally right, but a legally incorrect verdict means a morally wrong jury action."

I bet half the people upset about it didn't even watch the coverage of the case.

I think it sends stronger message saying "why can't a 17 year old child walk home from the store"

Yep.

The only thing worse than letting a guilty man go free is putting an innocent man in jail. I don't know if Zimmerman is guilty of a felony or not, but what I do know is that there is a very good chance based on the evidence that he is innocent and based on our laws that means we have no right to put him in jail.

Is he a dumbass? Probably, but being an idiot doesn't make you a criminal.

TeLeFaWx Zimmerman not guilty The guy was an insecure prick. Not a racist. The not guilty verdict is a result of an overeager DA that wanted a racist charge. Hes super guilty but not of what he was charged of.

It had nothing to do with the local DA. The local DA was never going to charge him. But when you get the President and the Attorney General of the United States making references to the case and going over the local DA's head, there's not much anyone can do. This one was prosecuted due to Obama and Holder.

Yep..and it's pathetic. Both the white and the black people who wanted to make this a race issue when it was really just an issue of unfortunate events need to be educated

To quote JW Bulworth

"White people got more in common with colored people then they do with rich people."

Funny line, but it's true. Guess who runs the media.

What is he "super guilty" of? Being an idiot who didn't listen to the dispatchers advice (the dispatcher NEVER said DONT follow him BTW, he said you don't have to)?

If this was self-defense, and there is decent evidence that it was, he is not guilty of any criminal act according to our judicial system. Following someone is NOT a crime, and if Trayvon initiated the physical altercation then Zimmerman is not a criminal.

Corey has always been very aggressive and over-eager with what cases she chooses and to what extent she chooses to prosecute. See: Cristian Fernandez

Yeah. I don't think Zimmerman was some kind of innocent hero, but the evidence just wasn't there for 2nd degree murder or, in my opinion, manslaughter.

You can probably eliminate the opinion portion of that statement now.
