No, you’re terrorist supporting, women killing scum.
Why are you here, hoping you’ll be the big daddy red legs if the SEC decides in a decade to care about basketball?
Your presence here is embarrassing to yourself and your school, go find a Cincinnati Bearcats forum to troll, you redleg, looting criminal.

The whole damn thing is a good idea that's hampered by trying to avoid antitrust lawsuits.
These shite teams getting in based on their conference commissioner's opinions mattering to prove it's not a monopoly is the entire reason it sucks.
Just take the 12 best teams based on some shite committee or AI or whatever, but what's happening now is the first salvo of a future antitrust lawsuit and it stinks.

I know you Okie fricks y'all when appropriate, stop pretending like you got fancy in you when you don't, Okie.
It's part of a deep state program to placate the population in the wake of the BP Oil Spill in an effort to prop up Bobby Jindal as a potential candidate for POTUS. The program was only initially funded for three years, but was extended for two additional after an LSU loss to Hugh Freeze and Ole Miss that was to be followed with a Pay Per View broadcast of their next game, which I believe was against Furman.
Either way, a culture developed and the fact that we're still living with it until this day is a lesson in unintended consequences. What does Bobby Jindal even do now?

Had to go so far back in time that one of them is wearing a presidential campaign sticker for a man that's been dead for half a decade.
quote:
What he can’t do is admit when he fricked up
Isn't that supposed to be near the top of the list of "Good Man" qualifications?
The best meteorologists come from OU. The location and seemingly random devastation that can develop via weather is insane and that whole community gets it. They're all about they're "ternado percashins" and what can happen when you're unlucky enough to be impacted and they've got the setup to know that's true because it happens so often. Strong people from a land that can just take you out. It's admirable.
But we can't let that distract us from the fact that those same people are Oklahoma football fans and therefore, when it comes to that, they all suck.

They don't give a piss bout nuthin but the Tide baby

He did dip out of Bama at the perfect time for his legacy, though.

Imagine living in a place so shitty you have to travel to a completely different state (that you hate) to play in a reasonable stadium that you'll fill to 35% capacity.
Nice flex.

So basically Auburn football is going to be run like a Barstool EA Sports College Football 25 livestream?

It's all just a placeholder until a cop shoots an actually innocent (or able to be sold as innocent) unarmed black dude.
The fact that they're holding onto this losing position (and maybe one other) so long is kind of a testament to how infrequently unarmed innocent people in general are killed.
Remember these times once it happens. It's a four year stop a genocide cycle that happens to coincide with presidential elections in cidada-like predicable cycles.

Might be a me problem or a beta problem, may have even been mentioned before in the thread but I'm not reading all that shite.

Because the media networks paying the conferences already have stuff in the 3PM Eastern timeslot and they'd cannibalize themselves, or fans don't want to show up at a game at noon any more than any other fanbase?

Being a west coaster as a sports fan is definitely the best situation because football Saturdays and Sundays are an all day event, from getting up to going to bed.
However, since the east coast is a bunch of punk bitches that tap out after a couple of games, the west coast games just don't get the full potential audience they could. It's an east coast bias thing that permeates everything, but does make sense.
Since time zones exist, the only way the western schools can be included in the national picture at a real level is to be a part of a nationwide league, and even then they can't bring as much as an east coast schools just based on the day travelling from east to west.
There could probably be a Bama-type legacy program in Bakersfield and they wouldn't have the draw of the actual Alabama just based on half of their games being at night on the west coast while 50% of the people east of the Mississippi won't be awake at the end of the game.

Still, I'm sure he'll get a raise at UW and they're going to get a shot at a championship with a good team in the B1G.
Seems like a tough spot to give up from his position, even if he wasn't following up Saban at Alabama.
Just crazy, I remember being surprised when the Huskies hired him here as a non-Huskies fan with a friend that has a kid on the team and hangs around local sports fans. Had to google him.
Just doesn't seem like a match. Too quick, too much downside for the AD, too much glass ceiling/spiked floor for DeBoer, taxes, weather (as a guy from South Dakota, Seattle is a lot more his weather than Tuscaguldarnloosa.)
I just don't think it's real.
Required interview to show due diligence at Bama and the tool DeBoer uses for his raise at UW is my guess.
