Probably not but I don't think it will be an issue with this being a small town and I've assisted him before and there is usually no trouble. I need the extra money and I've already given my word so I'll go through with it..honestly didn't expect a verdict tonight or I wouldn't have agreed.
We pretty much know where he is we just gotta go to either his house, baby mama's house, or moms house and arrest him and take him uptown.
Only in MS can a normal citizen be paid by the state to arrest people and carry a gun without any formal training

Bail bonds laws vary by state. I don't think many states allow just any citizen to go out and collect; usually have to be licensed in some way or another, or have the court issue a warrant to be executed by actual law enforcement.
