I think something must also be said for increasing stamina by adding masturbation (alone)to the pregame rituals. If I know in advance that I will be getting busy and have time to do it, I can last a lot longer if I let the pressure off the pipes first.
Of course then I need at least an hour or else things will be quite disappointing.

I'm just sayin', if you need to "release some pressure" to ensure a longer trip when you get "there" there's no reason anyone should have to rub one out in the presence of company.

This can also affect your performance. If the foreplay is really good you can pop in less than a minute. Its happened before
