I'll suggest Clancy's Fancy, same as I always do when this question gets asked.

It's a Yankee concoction (from Ann Arbor, no less) but it's pretty damn good, and more complex than most hot sauces.

I've heard the new craze is "Siracha", I haven't been able to try it but would really like to.

I like most hot sauces. Lately I've been on Sriacha kick. Another I really like is Alabama Sunshine. Made in Fayette Al and is not available everywhere.

I've noticed that a lot of the good hot sauces aren't national brands for the most part. There are some here that are pretty damn good, but you can only get them from extremely select (sometimes only one) store or from the market.

I'm on a Cholula and Sriracha kick lately.

Sriracha on eggs, pizza, hotdog, hamburgers.
Cholula on everything else. I go thru 1 big Cholula bottle a month.

Sriracha is good shite too. Great on anything, but love it on a hamburger.

I agree with this. I have about 5 in my heavy rotation depending on the food

I like Tabasco's Chipotle variety a lot.

We eat a lot of Tapatio and Valentina around our house as well.

My favorite sauce is probably El Yucateco XXXtra hot.

Depends on usage -- if I had to pick one, it would either be Cholula or Texas Pete

Texas Pete out of those.

Gator Hammock is good shite too though.

If you ever see it in stores, pick it up and try it out.

I really like Tabasco's green sauce. I'm not big on anything real spicy so if it's not Frank's with some wings it's usually Sriracha.

Forgot about that stuff. A friend of mine in college was from North Florida and brought that stuff back with him. A slow heat that builds.

He would also bring datil-flavored potato chips that were awesome.

There's a company called Grumpy Man making datil salsa in South MS now that is pretty darn good.
