I’m not panicking. I said it wasn’t optimal. I know you are still contractually bound to argue with me.

Something to consider: If Barry Odom’s assistants are getting hired away that might mean he hired good assistants. Perhaps he can hire good replacements too huh?

Some of the top names mentioned for OC’s have very good OL coaches.

This could be a package deal if Mizzou brings in guys like Harrell or Faulkner in as OC.

Adam Dorrell who was dominating at NW Missouri State was also originally an OL coach.

Ellarbee did a fantastic job retooling the line. Hope the new one is just like him & not the manure show we saw with Henson/ Ricker

Pretty bush league move by Elarbee and you can tell that BO was not happy.

He left without informing anybody.

He sent Odom a text from the road and didn't even bother to say goodbye to his players:

May have had something to do with Odom and him not getting along.

Yeah. It'd be one thing if a real blueblood was picking us over like their personal farm club.

Getting poached by UCF is rough.

Not wanting to start a shite storm, but it has to asked...

Kul hated his guts. Cross had to go. Now these two don't give him the time of day on the way out.

Is our HC wiBO a difficult individual to get along with? What else have people heard?

Probably had a lot to do with not being considered for OC. The next could be an outstanding coach but Elarbee was a known quantity. I think letting him go was a mistake.

I think there’s more to it than that.

Odom quote on Elarbee: “Found out this morning he made the decision to go with [Heupel] and I’m a little indifferent about that one.”

I long for the days when our coaches are so terrible that they never get hired by anyone else

Too bad, but it's a good sign.

Indifferent?? Whatever.

I hope the buyout didn't increase too much if it comes back to bite him next year.

"I’m a little indifferent about that one.”

In plain English: "I don't really give a shite that he left."
