Could they be the bad apples? Possibly. Could the boss have a character flaw that rubs people the wrong way? Quite possible.

This is only an issue if he loses games. You can be an ahole all you want if you win. But if you’re not winning, being an ahole is a fatal flaw all of a sudden.

It could be Kul is a boorish twat that didn't like being passed over twice when he was supposed to be the "guru". Did you watch the ACC championship this year? He has the most talented two deep he has ever coached and it looked just like every conference championship game he previously coached in. DTs getting washed out of gaps, DEs running behind the QB, and big plays. You think Richt is going to name him DC anytime soon?

Kul had issues with BO getting the DC job. If you remember Kul tried to go take a job at Illinois right after BO was hired as DC, that job paid much less.

GP talked him into coming back, but he was never willing to really work for or with BO that year.

So the guy Kul should have been pissed at was Pinkel, yet he directed the hate to Odom. Why?

And why did it go a level beyond 99.99% of coaches who have been passed over in the past?

It is what it is, but as these incidents of disrespect add up the questions will only continue.

There’s 1 maybe 2 incidents. Out of all the coaches that have worked with and for BO. Sure it’s possible BO is hard to work for, but that’s never come out publicly.

Yes. It is quite possible and I hope that's the case.

It's obviously the case. I find it hilarious that people think Odom was the only person he was saying "frick you" to when he had Phil Pitts pull that shite. That undermined a program that everyone on this board wants to succeed. frick him and his minion.

It sure did Phil a lot of justice. That douche ended up coaching the blue tigers of Lincoln University. Helias just fired their HC so he could get his old job back and be the toast of Cole County.

Coaches just move around. There’s no rhyme or reason to it. You should’ve already learned that today.

There’s a rhyme and a reason, that’s just rarely relayed to fans.
