Great seats. Game one down. Appreciate the seats again

Glad you enjoyed them and helped get us a couple of wins.

Just got home. Missed all the news all day but hopefully we had good crowds there today?

It wasn't to bad when you consider it's Princeton and they haven't won a Game all year. A lot of empty seats for the second game though.

I always wondered if there were people who didn't realize the game got rescheduled and tomorrow they'll show up at the stadium waiting to get in

This has to be a thing that happens, right?

Well, After the past two weekends, we have some major issues with situational hitting (same ole story I guess), leaving way too many men on base for games, with many that are in the dbl digits. Hill is pitching great, but after him at every position is still big question marks. Like Furman the previous week, this was a team we should have taken behind the woodshed and just tore up, but instead it was a battle to sweep them.

This team has a LOT of work to do, and most of that work will come after this season is over with....

Said this on the rant last night but I wonder what goes through Tanner's mind.

Sure he got the promotion to AD, but the program that he built into the school's athletic jewel has fallen on one of its worst runs in a generation and the hires he's made for the program reflect on his job as an AD.

If it helps, our softball team is apparently pretty good this year.

My patience with Tanner is gone, can't wait till he's fired

He is a terrible AD...just as we expected.

Yeah, but UTk is absolute garbage.

We're officially at a point in the lifecycle of this program where we are excited to beat Tennessee. That's sad.

I think excited is a bit too strong of a word. Relieved I guess would be more appropriate.

Exactly. I’d have been relieved taking 2/3 against UGA as well.

We’re in a bad spot, but that doesn’t mean we should scoff at progress.

Yeah, my word choice was way off. Relieved is much more apt.

I'm just frustrated with the current state of things. Maybe Kingston can squeeze something out of this group yet this year. Thanks for keeping me grounded, fam.

And we follow that up with a 3rd straight loss to UNC, blowing a 3-1 lead. As it now stands, UNC has beaten us 43-8 in the last 3 games, and they're still batting in the 9th. What has been done to our baseball program is borderline criminal.

I didn’t realize we haven’t won a single road game in 6 tries. That’s glaring.

Small sample size, sure. But not even one?

Last night was tough. Mental errors the entire game, walks, poor plate approach. It's like we curl up in the fetal position when we see those baby blue jerseys.
