LSU fans any word on how the Finley kid looks?

I’ve always a been enamored by big dudes who can sling it. How does he look in camp?

They just got started really in the last week, so no telling. Reports out of camp are extremely limited since no one is allowed there.
Usually the premium board updates are here's something on these 3 players and that's it, not a whole overview of each group.
Expectation is the QB depth chart will be:
1. rJR. Brennan
2. FR. Johnson
3. FR. Finley

He's got a big arm
He was a little overweight but shed about 20 pounds during virus lockdown
Needs to refine his game
Footwork in pocket
He's not ready for SEC action
If Brennan goes down, my guess is Max Johnson would be the backup at this point

There was some thought from clips that his accuracy is lacking compared to the two in front of him.

Reports are that TJ has come in camp ready to compete for 2nd string. There are some reports that his passes have been spot on and he’s also trimmed down some.

They’ve barely practice and 99% of QB talk is about Myles.

We know he worked his tail off before getting to campus. The kid plans to push for the back up spot no doubt. I look forward to watching his progress.

Or they're looking at recruitment ratings and their high school game tape.

Nice opinion, but not very observant. A lot of LSU fans favor T.J. Finley, moreso than Johnson. His height, strength, build, delivery, and the fact that he was raised and played 35 miles from Tiger Stadium are the reasons.
And I'm pretty sure SKIN doesn't grip or throw a football, the QB's hand does.
Johnson is getting rave reviews also, his (semi)famous father notwithstanding.....

Word is both freshman have looked solid and as advertised. As well all know, it doesn’t mean anything until they go live and the pass rush is bearing down.

The hand throws it, not the skin. The skin doesn't magically crawl off of the hand and fling the ball without the ligaments and muscles underneath. Just like the "skin" doesn't mysteriously jump off of a person's foot, outside of the sock and shoe, and press on the accelorator, resulting in a cop following the car and issuing a speeding ticket to the "skin."
