We would be the worst 11-7 4 seed of all time

But I'll take it.

Get healthy AJ!

If South Carolina beats Georgia at home they’re the 4 seed. So I’m gonna say South Carolina.

Just saw this start this morning

SC is 15-15. Total cumulative points for and against 2197-2197.

Wow. Pure.500

Frank Martin has only made one tournament, albeit a Final Four.
We got to get better

It'd help to go a year without losing 70% of the team to transfers, fights in 5 points, and bb gun incidents.

Maybe one day he can compete against the likes of heavyweights such as Alabama, Ole Miss, and Vandy for local SC talent.

One can only hope.

Hopefully we beat UGA and lock up the 4th seed this weekend. Although I'm sure Chris Silva gets in foul trouble immediately and it's a close game throughout. I could see UGA coming into Columbia and stealing one.

Considering how many players leave.

Should have just kept these guys.

SC should get it. But if I'm Auburn, I want the 5-seed. If they get the 5-seed, their likely path to win the SEC Tourney would be this:

Thursday: Georgia vs. Missouri winner
Friday: South Carolina
Saturday: LSU
Sunday: Kentucky/Tennessee

They get a shot to make it to the Semifinals without even having to face a Top 80 NET opponent. And no offense, LSU, but I'd rather face the Tigers in Nashville than Kentucky or Tennessee.... Mostly because I think Tennessee and Kentucky are slightly better than LSU despite LSU's wins over them, but also because Kentucky and Tennessee will have huge fan support in Nashville. LSU fans don't travel well.

I wouldn't go that far. I want to stay on the opposite side of the bracket as UT/UK but that extra day would hurt later in the tournament. It would certainly give us an advantage against USC and that's worth something but I'm not sure I'd trade it for being fresher down the road.
