Apparently a bunch of our top 5 star targets are waiting to see who LSU signs as their new coach before they announce their decisions. So I wouldn’t expect we sign any of them since according to their coaching changes board they are getting Nick Saban with Lincoln Riley as OC and Elko as DC.

I could care less about #1 or #3 to be honest. Just bragging rights which is also nice.

That's a good question.
That can be one explanation. I think Georgia told a kid he should look around after committing to us, and his coaches told us not to come back to their school......ever. So if something like that happened, it could be the coaches steering the kids away.
FWIW, my example happened years ago, and we have since signed kids from the school....and I won't guarantee that my memory is correct on the situation.
