For me its this.....

"The days I interviewed each candidate for the head football coaching position at the University of Tennessee, including Jeremy Pruitt, I emphasized that you did not have to cheat to win at the University of Tennessee and that cheating would not be tolerated," Fulmer told ESPN

I have no favorite Phil Fulmer memories. None.

I'd call him a lying sack of (^%@#*$ but that's an insult to paper bags everywhere.

Phil’s appearance at the 2004 SEC Media Days via speakerphone because he didn’t want to be served with a subpoena. Reporters were clustered around the speakerphone with camera and microphones to hear what Phil had to say.

Still don’t understand the need for the cameras in that setting.

He seemed like a man consumed with entrapping Alabama at all costs.

It partially ruined him back then.

Now it has completely destroyed his legacy.

My favorite is the memory of his destroying the Tennessee football program.

"Tennessee will be out of business"

Phil and the Vols had a great run on Bama for 7 in a row

1995-2001. He can always look back on those golden years.

As a player and coach at Tennessee, Phil was 16-15-1 against Bama:
2-1 as a player (1969 - 1971)
4-5 as OL coach (1980 - 1988)
0-4 as offensive coordinator (1989 - 1992)
10-5-1 as head coach (1993 - 2008)

For me Phillopotomus is the most perfect example of Fall. His appearance standing on the sideline, the third Saturday of every October, with the essence of tittie sweat on the front of his orange polo and that rounded Krispy Kreeme eating gut of his, constantly reminded me that Halloween was right around the corner.....

Tennessee fans complaining that his little virgin-eared daughter accompanied him onto the field after a loss to UGA, and the UGA players we’re using bad language around her.

Players are usually choir boys on the field after a game.

1. Known as the dirtiest coach in SEC history
2. Has his own award because he had such thugs as players. THE FULMER CUP
3. FIRED Twice by Tennessee
4. Became a secret witness for the NCAA like low level street drug sellers do to save Tennessee from NCAA sanctions.
5. Covering up Mannings sexual assault
6. Stabbing Majors in the back.

Just a few

One time when they beat Kentucky and they had a camera in the locker room and they sang…
“We don’t give a F about KY… that’s cause we’re Tenn”

Couldn’t find the video but if I do I’ll post

Sorry for breaking board rules.

I would think this would be a fav for Gator fans

Tennessee missed out on the Sugar Bowl, which would feature the best SEC team each year until the BCS changed the college postseason. Instead, the Vols would often find themselves in the less-prominent Citrus Bowl, leading Spurrier to joke that “You can’t spell Citrus without U-T.”
