Imagine having to look down at someone like Shaq.

And yet Muss, at about 5'6" - 150, still has bigger legs...

I'll admit I was unhappy with how he hadn't bulked up much, but learning that he's STILL growing at least it makes a bit more sense that he'd be having issues in that department. He's gotta stop going vertical before he can start going horizontal.

You could probably use his shin as a baseball bat his legs are so long

I have to imagine he has a case of gigantism, where an enlarged pituitary gland basically never stops producing growth hormone, and you grow your entire life. Symptoms also include physical weakness.

Don't people die really young from that? I remember reading about a kid that got to 7'8" and he died early 30's.

Doubtful. His brothers are all the same. If he actually had gigantism there is no way he could be a college athlete. It starts wrecking your joints at a very young age. Dude just has beanstalk genes.

Gigantism is someone like Andre the giant. He wasn't super tall but his head, torso, hands and feet were much larger than Wilt Chamberlain who stood beside him in a picture that was taken in the early 80s. Also it gives an individual increased strength. When Andre was in shape and in his prime, he weighed 420.

Technically, Andre had acromegaly, which is a bit different than gigantism but I'm probably just splitting hairs here.

I agree, Connor has more of giraffism than gigantism.

Connor has gacism. Meaning he should be playing in the gulf south conference at most.

Vanover might be the type that is a late bloomer and won't be full developed until his later years. Last year was his first year that he played any minutes.
If Muss thought he wasn't any good, he would have encouraged him to transfer.

Isn’t he a Redshirt Junior or Senior this year?

Another foot and he might get to a vertical jump of an average college basketball player
