is there has to be a vote by all SEC members, unless that has changed.
I do not see Arkansas, Missouri and TexasAM voting yes.

No one will even vote
The networks already told the sec that horns would not increase the payout
This is nothing more than a horn wet dream

Could be, but practically every comment on the record sounds otherwise
Usually you'd have some evidence that this did not have legs by now. Each comment that comes out, including Bjork's, makes it sound more and more like a real thing

It only matters what the REC wants.

Just a majority vote
I always thought that if any member voted "no" that was it.
You sure it is majority vote? Some how I think all 14 members have to say yes.

I agree that it may not pass a vote.. but why would Arkansas vote no? I think they would be a yes. Half of their student body is from Texas.. maybe even more than that, plus they don’t have the issue of another in state school.

One of the problems?
Bring in China; they’re better business partners.

Someone said 3/4 in another thread.

This article says, "it takes 3/4ths of conference membership to extend an invitation to a new member."
LINK
ETA: Ironically, it's an article from 6 years ago talking about A&M trying to block a Tejas move to the SEC

So 4 "No" votes to block?
A&M
Mizzou
Ark
Would 1 other join them to block the move?

Probably depends on what the new revenue split would look like.

Has to be 11 yes votes
I agree, I see at least 4 no votes, probably more

Just double checked my math. Only need 4 "No"s to block.

So 5 "No" votes to block?
Nope, will only take 4 no votes to block.
I personally vote No, so now we only need 3 more No votes.

It has to be a 8-4 majority. So if you can find two more NOs then it won't happen.

I imagine Florida will vote no. If Florida votes yes ... then I imagine A&M will have no issue voting yes when FSU tries to join a few years down the road.

USCe and Kentucky might vote "no" to block Clemson and Louisville from ever joining as well
