I mean ill wait till everything comes out and he deserves his day in court but if he did it then frickem. Sick person it takes to do that.

Yeah these cases can be complex sometimes. Who knows what really happened. But, man that isn't good.

The laws and age of consent are different in each state. But, I'm pretty sure that it's on the adult to know the actual age of the accuser even if false proof of age is provided.

I'd be very surprised if "she said she was 18" is an affirmative defense to any kind of sexual contact with a minor in Texas.

The article alone has stained his name. (Even if innocent)
Who amongst us has not had some type of sex with an underaged girl (when we were underaged)!
I understand the difference, but details matter.

It would fall under this law in Texas. No knowledge of age isn’t a defense
