The Chancellor basically said that they are guilty of lack of institutional control and failure to monitor. Can't ever remember a school publicly admitting to that before a NCAA investigation even began.

Based on the Chancellor they didn't find anything on Pruitt himself but should have known what 2 assistants, 4 quality control and an analyst did and concealed.

If all he did was give cash to players to use on visits, then he was doing something that goes on EVERYWHERE. Seems like UT is just trying to get out of the buy out. What was the buyout?
If it’s a substantial buy out, there will be a lawsuit. I’d sue if I were Pruitt and they tried to crawfish on the buyout over that.
