What kind of team do you think we can field?
I’ve seen a lot of talk on here about Pruitt being fired at UT, is this even in the cards? I hope we could bring him back if this happened.
How does this recruiting class stack up to last year?

If Sark stays with us, and I think he will... I think Golding is gone.. but Pruitt i dont' think we'll get him because of potentially show cause against him. so we may go out and try and get a experienced DC coach out of NFL.
Team will be more explosive on offense because of more weapons. Defense will be still young but experienced.

Sark and Flood back is important for rebuilding the offense in 2021. I am very excited that seems to be happening.

I’m really intrigued about the offense.
I’m curious to see how the RB sort out, if Trey is back healthy and if Jace beats him out for RB1?
I’m ready to see which WRs step up beside Metchie and how many of these elite freshman play?
Does Brockermeyer or Latham each get one of the starting spots on the OL?
How does Bryce look with a full offseason under Sark?

Offense will be young but very talented. Wish Waddle would return and then Jase be RB

Will depend on Young. Bama will probably lose 8 starters on offense and 4 on defense.
Really won't have a proven QB, RB or star receiver next year with having to replace 3 starting OL.
Front 7 on defense should be great, but will have to replace both corners.
Going to be tough in September, until the offense gets some experience. Bama should get better as the season goes along.
Probably 10-2 or 11-1 next year.

I wouldn't call him a star receiver yet, he could be one day though.
Metchie hasn't really done much the last 6 or 7 games. Hasn't really stepped up like I thought he would after Waddle went down.
Maybe with Waddle and Smith taking the defenses attention. Metchie was getting favorable matchups with DB and when Waddle went down, defenses could focus on him more. That would be my only guess on why he isn't producing the stats he was earlier in the year.
Metchie also needs to stop dropping passes that hit him right in his hands.

I think realistically Georgia is the favorite to win the SEC next year. Since we will be replacing so much, but I never doubt the man at this point.
Obviously it starts up front on the OL, hopefully Evan Neal lives up the hype and transitions well to LT. That would go a long way for a good year. Think Bryce Young will go through some growing pains, but will be really good.
Defense should be better, but I have no idea who will be still on the staff. I do not think Golding is high demand or anything, but would not be shocked if he moved on.
Saban I think has said in the past he is looking for more long term solutions at coordinator, so maybe he tries for another young guy like Golding that he can groom.

Defense will probably the best its been in several years. We're loaded at D line and edge. Harris will be solid at ILB and we have the talent to find a good replacement for Moses. It's not like Moses has set a high bar. Replacing the corners will be the biggest challenge. Our depth at corner is not good. Maybe Moore or Branch goes outside. Maybe Koolaid is ready day one. Maybe Ronald Williams or Khyree Jackson can contribute. I don't have much faith in the others. Our safety play needs to improve, and I think it will.
Offense is brimming with young talent but it's mostly unproven. Evan Neal will probably be the best player on the team going into next year. Most of the offense (and really, the entire team) will hinge on how Bryce Young plays. We have so much talent at OL, WR, and HB that its almost inevitable that the players who end up starting will be good. We've got 3 open OL positions with probably 6-7 guys who we could be excited about filling them. We've got upwards of 5 exciting HBs depending on who returns and the Sanders injury. WR room will be led by Metchie but at least one of these freshman is going to be ready to contribute, and guys like Baker, Holden, and Bolden are at minimum competent. If Young isn't ready though, we don't have another great option.
The schedule next year is rough. At UF, At Auburn, At A&M, Miami in the first week. Ole Miss and Ark are improving. LSU is always lurking. I think it's reasonable that we might drop one along the way. If Bryce isn't ready, then we should worry about dropping 2.

Josh Jobe is not a senior. Are you thinking he will turn pro? I don't see him being a 1st or 2nd round pick.

I ain't worried about it. Our entire roster will be loaded with talent. It's just a matter of reloading and coaching 'em up. I expect we'll get to have pretty normal off-season workouts and spring camp. That'll help a lot.

Part of me hopes Chris Owens takes another year, would give Bama another body at OL with a decent amount of experience.
Javion Cohen is a guy to watch, Flood really likes him. Can play a multiple spots, just has to keep his weight in check. Climbed the depth chart fast.

The depth of talent level across the board next year will be as good as I can remember.

Exactly. I think he’ll return.
Banks, Kool-Aid, Jackson, Turnage, and Williams will fight it out for the 2nd spot. We have a lot of depth there.

Agree been high on Cohen since day one and Damieon George has already shown he gotten his weight going in right direction. As for the freshmen I know Latham is the goods but Terrence Ferguson is also one to keep an eye on.I hope Quick takes a step forward next year as well.

i know a lot of folks are excited to see what sark can do with Bryce Young, as i am. but i'm also excited to see what sark can do with milroe.
as for the defense. i'm of the opinion that we have to much talent to play like we do against good offenses. something has to give.

I've seen a couple rumors out there that JT Daniel's camp is gauging NFL interest and he might declare if he gets a good grade.
