And Bama fans don’t think LSU is their rival. Even during Iron Bowl week they can’t help but think about LSU. Living rent free

I think they played it smart. Losing to Bama is to be expected since it’s the norm for them. Losing to Arkansas though is a stain on your program that’s hard to get out. That’s too much salt for an already festering wound of a season

LSU could have had 6 weeks to prepare, it wouldn't have made a difference missing 6 DL from the starters/2 deep and our starting RB.
If those guys were healthy, it would've been game over. But we lost. Time to move on to Missouri.
