That’s referring to Justin Fields’ case, which to be fair, the UGA athlete was way out of line, and kicked off the team for. Otis Reese stayed on the team the year after this. He never learned how to wrap up when trying to tackle, so he got beat out by a Freshman.

I grew up in South Georgia.
I can promise you there are people that still use that term.
Now a college aged white person in their 20s?? Eh... I went through UF, for my degree, and didn’t have a single incident in 5 years where a white person I was around used that word.

Its terrible in Athens. Stay away. But I cannot remember the last time UGA took a known woman beater and turned him loose on the campus....only for him to do it again. See how this works...
Georgia's biggest issue is high school education system is doing a disservice to kids. Kids aren't held accountable and are allowed to slide and aren't often challenged athletically if the are a D1 kid. Most don't know how to compete or earn a job, because they have relied on God given talent, and when they finally get challenged or lose a spot, they quit and it's everyone else's fault. The flavor of the month now is racism...but an incident with county police has nothing to do with University Coaches...the gripe with the University/ Coaches is loss of playing time due to getting beat out by an underclassman...
