The best thing we have going for us is that this is a home game, where we are undefeated this year. Should be a good one.

Of course they can. Just have to play better. Anyone can beat anyone in this conference.

I know it didn't help your chances by Kentucky struggling against Vandy this week. That being said, Auburn has a lot to bounce back on as well after that Ole Miss game.

Should be a good game. I feel like we were maybe looking ahead to that one last night. The road wins they’ve had at Arkansas and Tech should be a good prep for the crowd Auburn will have with Gameday in town too.

Samir and J'von need to play well. J'von, especially, with Hagans most likely guarding him.

I'd say Auburn is due a good outing, but as the season progresses it appears starting slow and finishing poorly is sort of our thing

Unless UK is lights out we can probably stay competitive at home even if we're not great, but would be nice to see this team find a groove.

Really even matchup

KenPom
UK Offense : #34
Auburn Defense : #38

Auburn Offense : #48
UK Defense : #45

Both teams are solid at getting offensive rebounds, better than the opponent is at preventing them. Both teams shoot it worse than their opponent gives up. Both teams have pretty short benches (UK #253 in bench minutes, Auburn #231).

Should be a war.

We have to get better shots and shoot better.

All depends on what kind of foul trouble Nick Richards gets into. We could easily lose by double digits if he ends up having to sit the majority of a half.

Feels like Kentucky gets up for these games and performs while can't get up for any other game.

So just based on that I'm concerned if I'm Auburn. Ecspecially since they just went to a tough Texas Tech arena and won.

I'd be surprised if either team won by more than 5.

I think it's one of those 3 point Kentucky wins.

Agree - they are much more apt to lose a sleepy Tuesday night game in Oxford or Columbia than they are a revved up Saturday night game in Fayetteville or Lubbock or whoever is geeked up for them to come to town.

Seems to happen every year.

We don't really have a true point guard who looks to run an offense and find the open man. We have basically a dribble drive guy as a point guard. As a result our ball movement is often times very poor. UK will crush us if we're not better with that on Saturday.

Our guard play needs to improve tremendously.

Our guys play much better at home than on the road. Hopefully they show up Saturday. If not, it will be a long night.

If we have a cold night from 3 OR are unable to get the ball inside to Wiley, we're in for a rough one.

Meh. Our 3's seem to magically fall at an at least half-decent clip at home. When that happens, a lot of things just fall into place.

I think after the florida game Auburn has been waiting on this one why they looked a rough in the past two games. I expect it to be a really good one
