Have they made an actual ruling on the 5 for 5s for the current seniors or was that just a proposal? I know its likely to not happen but I just wonder how all that plays out.
If we can snag someone like a Jordan Pope or just another decent SEC level guard that changes a lot.
Also assuming this means guys like Mo D and Bashir will have the potential to play for us this year and next. Would be an added bonus for the 27 season.

I guess it could go either way, but if he's skipping the scrimmage to me it sounds like he doesn't want to hurt his stock/risk getting injured.

Yea I would have liked to keep reece , Thomas or miller.
You put Thomas as the starting point guard on this team with Bashir and potentially a burks or graves, he'd probably average 6+ assist a game.
Miller was a pretty good defensive player when you look at his individuals
And Reece just seemed like someone that would fit with Wade.
Honorable mention was Mazi. Would have liked to keep him as one of the guys not in your top 8. Thought he had some potential.
