I think its going to be further than that tbh. We pretty much know who is on campus but I can see their eligibility battles going on well into the season. Hopefully we can have Ruzic for the whole season. Just going to assume the big Hebrew is good since he barely played, barely made money and wasn't in the email.
Then we gradually get Dessert and Niang eligible, but I don't see them getting eligible within a few weeks.

we have a full team practicing if you believe the twitter rumors. So I guess we will see in 17 days if those are the guys we heard about over the summer or the Frat league all stars.

What is the [OFFICIAL] designation in OP?
Could we add some designation like [CONFIRMED] or [ROSTER], etc for the players we have 100% confidence are currently good to go?
And/or could we get a [PENDING] designation with update for the others that have ongoing issues?

I mean it is absurd. Of course no-one wants actual NFL players to come back to college.
What happened here is the NCAA's buffoonery has screwed a heap of student athletes out of thousands if not millions. Of course they are going to take this to court. This isn't the USSR you get to have your day in court. And if they can play why the hell wouldn't LSU take them?

I do think Santos is out, they probably can't get past his age thing. Bummer would have been a good big to have off the bench (or a player on the roster)

Looks like lsu played two girls soccer kids who are listed on the TRO today.
Just saw the big 12 ruling, apparently it's doesn't mean another for "pre enrollment " so any euro pro is safe from it as long as the pasa the NCAA's eligibility. The rule would only apply if someone went to college then left.

Both Tennessee and Ohio 5 for 5 cases have ruled in favor of the NCAA so those guys are no longer eligible at the moment.... probably not a good sign for Dent and Clark
I agree but also think Niang could just say screw it and go back to euro ball.
Also a quick Chat GPT search is telling me Dessert (And maybe Santos) were automatically entered into the NBA draft because of their age.... So I mean if that is true seems like there is an argument there... Niang might be done now though. Not seeing a way around that one.
