I am afraid that the gumps will get their enjoyment on Wednesday night when they will try to knock us from the undefeated list and pay us back for all the spoiled seasons that we caused them on the gridiron. They get better every game...DAMN football, its basketball time in Dixie now

If God forbid, we were to lose this one (I realize the REC is very far reaching even in our Supreme Purple and Golden Season), I will not be here to be targeted by malcontented hooligans.

I think LSU will win. However, if LSU doesn't win, I will not be trolling. Last year when we lost there were 2-3 dozen threads started by LSU fans in the 24 hours after we lost and it was really fricking annoying. I would hope that our fans would refrain from doing that, as it would also be really fricking annoying to pull up the site to nothing but troll posts on the first few pages.

Troll Level willbe at 100%. It will be an epic meltdown that I will enjoy immensely and I will help throw jetfuel on the fire.

It will probably be at least a week before the SEC Rant is open if LSU loses. For some reason I can't quite put my finger on it always seems to be delayed opening several hours after an LSU loss

Pulling hard for LSU.
1. I super don't want Clemson to win, and nothing below this item weights much compared to that.
However
2. Coach O's unlikely rise is one of the greatest college football stories I've ever witnessed. I laughed like everybody else, this big meathead and his binder and his gumbo. And the sunnuvabi**c did it. He's a game away from REALLY doing it. I dunno how anyone doesn't feel a little romantic about that.
3. Bama got Saban, not from LSU per se, but close enough. And then took the Natty from them in a year when LSU beat Bama in Tuscaloosa. And for good measure, beat them 8 times in a row. I mean... come on. I dunno how we could sleep at night pulling against them in the first title shot they get after all of that. Not trying to be all "throw them a bone," but ... this is a very reasonable penance for all that's come before it.
