One man's view of every program in the SEC

Alabama - dominant in football under Saban; consistently average in hoops and can't get over the hump; baseball bad lately. Grads are passionate backers, sidewalk fans embarrassing.
Auburn - had a great year but still the junior varsity school from Alabama from a national viewpoint.
Georgia - for some reason I always think they will be better than they actually are, in every sport. Consistent underachieving program.
Florida - best overall program in the SEC, always seem to be at least good and sometimes great. Suffer from the same affliction we do with sidewalk fans not being true reps of the school.
Texas A&M - in a word, "weird." The most inflated view of themselves. Irrelevant on a national scale. Wish we had gotten Texas instead.
Vanderbilt - never have seemed to belong in the SEC with the school size, etc. Whipping boy in football, sometimes good in hoops and excellent in baseball. Great school though.
LSU - benefit from a lot of instate athletes and no competition instate. Fans are the greatest conspiracy theorists of all time. Solid program in pretty much everything though.
Tennessee - can still remember when they mattered in football, but it's been a while. Just don't see them returning to glory days.
South Carolina - Turns out Clemson would have been much better get for the conference. Also irrelevant on national scale. No dislike for them, just don't care.
Arkansas - have become a joke in football, but very good baseball and track programs. Shame that hoops lost their luster from the Nolan Richardson days.
Missouri - really no clue why they were added. No national relevance at all.
Ole Miss - thank god for Vandy, or this would be the clear laughingstock of the conference. Nice looking women but every male student looks like a punk preppy kid you just want to backhand until he runs home crying.
Miss. State - loser program on whole but at least they have a solid baseball team and moments of competitiveness in basketball. I don't know how they convince any decent recruits to go there, so probably overachieving as compared to others.
Kentucky - always has seemed like an auto win in football and auto loss in hoops. Cheerleaders always talented and seems like a cool place to see a game.
Auburn - had a great year but still the junior varsity school from Alabama from a national viewpoint.

Post less. You’re definitely anIV poster. Auburn has been to two national title games in football, winning one, anFinal Four, the CWS and played for the title in softball in addition to winning five Equestrian titles, with all of that coming this decade.

Based on your follow up posts, I take it you’re a sidewalk fan?

Bama has the most sidewalk fans because it’s so thoroughly ingrained into our psyche from a young age we can’t shake it off. It’s a form of brainwashing I’m serious I’m not trolling. It’s all that’s talked about at family functions and the dinner table. It’s like ncaa football scientology. Also the university that has its states name in its logo will always have more sidewalk fans than the university that doesn’t. Clemson might have more sidewalk fans than South Carolina but that would be the only exception to the rule I know of.
