I can verify this. I know UGA has him highly rated at safety, but the kid wants to be a RB.

No recruit is that good, according to uga fans, until they pick uga and then lo and behold they become great players.

Clempson fans have learned this trait from uga fans.

What... Surely you have many examples of this, right?

Milton finished his OSU visit. Insider at 11w was told to CB him to OSU but said he is holding off until after his UGA visit. Thinks those are the 2 leaders

Someone sounds bitter that UGA and Clemson are getting so many good recruits.

I would not go that far. Dad says it's a 4 way tie at this point.

Here's a tweet from his father apparently referencing the Buckeye "insider"-

Nope, not the insider I was referring to at all.

Also, I would have interpreted his quote the exact same way. It was a quote basically saying (to me), OSU is #1, and we will look at the others because we promised those schools we would make the visits. It was almost like they didn't need to take the other visits and they knew.

quote:

““We have to do our do diligence,” Chris said. “We gave our word that we would take those visits so we need to give them their fair shot.””

Doesn’t hurt nearly as bad as watching your team get skulldragged by Georgia and Clemson repeatedly.

Generally, you want the last OV. Despite Ohio State hearing good things from Milton's OV, I'd be worried about LSU, Bama, and Georgia all getting shots at him before he decides, without him making a return visit

I heard the visit went really well for OSU and that they lead at this point.

That being said, I still like where we sit.

Milton officially visits LSU this coming weekend. 2nd visit for him to LSU in the last 2 months

I think he is telling everyone the right things. OSU quietly confident as are UGA and LSU.

Nothing really changed after this visit to me but I did think the quote from his father was a little more telling than he is making it seem now. Almost like he said it and wanted to pull it back quickly thereafter.

We shall see how his next month goes

He's changed his mind a lot, so I wouldn't worry about who leads or who doesn't lead for him. He was all SC, then all OU, then it appeared UGA led, now it looks like OSU. Who really knows.

We will see if that’s legit or if it’s just your buckeye glasses

I’d venture to say your Dawg glasses are much worse than his Buckeye ones are.

“We have to do our do diligence,” Chris said. “We gave our word that we would take those visits so we need to give them their fair shot.”

If someone said that to me, and I was pitching a deal (or on an interview), I would feel pretty good that I was going to get that deal/job. Not 100% sure, but would feel like I was the leader at the time
