Having been there in the last 3 days I can begrudgingly say it is indeed the best in college baseball, truly an unreal stadium and outfield.

We went full Lousisiana style and cut corners and were cheap as frick
And Skip Bertman was classic as frick during it too. We used the same shitty bleachers from the Old Box in the new stadium, and his reasoning for this was :
"The fans wanted to keep them for sentimental value"

Why would you do all that renovating and not extend the seats down to the bullpen in the process?

Why does a video for the new stadium have video clips from the old outfield? State killed the atmosphere when they did away with the trailers in the outfield.

Yeah. It is nice. No one will believe me, but I was being recruited by MSU in the late 90s. They ended up going with another SS in my area instead.

Gonna be one of the best in the conference for sure, but still hate to see all the smoke from the grills in the outfield go away.

Grills will still be out there. I went to most of the games last year when the stadium was still unfinished, and the grill were still going, and the atmosphere was great! I was worried though.
