Princeton OC Sean Gleeson

I fully admit this was my favorite for the job. I wanted to take a chance on him. I have no inside information.

Depends. Is that as it regards staff and personnel or as it regards fake punts and fake field goals?

If the former, ok.

Hearing Sark and Larry Fedora to be Co-OC’s with Sark also being QB coach......

I'd be fine with this. Actually I like it

I feel like everyone wants to judge Sark on the NCG against Clemson and his NFL career. I loved his offenses as USC and Washington.

Honestly if you said before last season you could have Locksley or Sark...

Give me Sark

I would too against Pac12 defenses.. I just really wanted Long and his Memphis OL coach.. but Saban knows best.

Pretty sure some of you guys have reusable sigs from Sargs previous stint.

So atleast you have that going for you.

I have 0 regard for that. It has been years since he coordinated a quality offense (his atlanta offense stacked up stats, but were horrific in the redzone and got snuffed by the best defenses they faced). I hope I am wrong and with a full time commitment to us instead of looking for NFL OC jobs while gameplanning a NCG he is awesome, but this hire is questionable.

I would be fine with it if Sark wasn’t involved.

That’s some pretty good names, Tider 95.
And I am not disagreeing with you that those guys may be the better hire.

You can agree with me, right, that Saban wants to get the best OC for is program. Maybe those other guys are not available for whatever reason or he just feels that Sark is s good decision.

Can we agree that yours or my opinions on who the OC should be is not as superior or as well calculated out as Saban’s decision?
If we think our opinion is better than his, then Saban is not Saban ... and prob just some guy

Dear God, now there’s a picture of Lane Kiffin in Tuscaloosa?

Very True.. But he did have his 10RC stint. He did well there.. But lets be honest. Anyone can shine with the talent we have..so we will be good. Just hope we learn to pound it near the goal line..

This might sound stupid, but I wonder how much of this is for Tua and Lia. That family loves Sark. I know coach has the final say, but maybe this was a major factor in giving him another chance.

I trust Saban. He had one fricking game on the biggest stage he's been on and he sucked.

Give the guy a break.

It fits an MO and is not that surprising.

I’m sure a call was made to Chip Long again but he’s dug in at Notre Dame it seems.

Now let’s make great hires at OL and WR coach.
