drop off in recruiting? Therefore leaving them hopeless?

I think it’s a real possibility.

Also, could we possibly see Kirby back coaching Sabans defense, or since he negatively recruits against Daddy could that even be possible?

“Georgia is a force to be reckoned with..... we're not going anywhere."

The fear is real.

Georgia is talent rich and Kirby is a great recruiter. Even if he can't win it all I don't see the recruiting falling off too much and they will be a contender based on that alone.

Richt lasted how long???

ETA: as long as he keeps beating Florida, Auburn, and Ga Tech on a regular basis he'll stay a long time.

Did he say this before or after he lost to Tennessee?

Can't spell Kirby properly? Or was that supposed to be funny?

No look at what happened to Dabo.

It only made them stronger.

I'd say he has this year and next year. Tua's arrival at Bama will give him some breathing room, but with the stack of 5 stars he's accumulated, he better win....and quickly.

Although I will add that UGA doesn't pull the trigger on coaches much.

I've seen several recruits saying they don't like negative recruiting

I’ve seen several say that lack of negative recruiting played a part in them picking UGA.

The collective UA bitchfest about Kirby's supposed negative recruiting has been one of the funnier aspects of this offseason from a UGA perspective

My sources say, "yes."

When Saban retires and Dabo decides printing money with less pressure at Clemson is his better option, what happens to Bama? This is a bad time for the sleeping giant to be waking up... right about the time that questions of just how many more years Saban will be in charge there in Tuscaloosa. Keep projecting young lady...

You're talking about Georgia? They've never been a giant. Not even the 2nd best program in the SEC.

Of course he is dipshit

We have money, alumni, national brand, top 3 recruiting state, etc. Yes we are a real threat, but keep dreaming if you want.

Bob Barker could coach at UGA and win 8 games. Its been awhile since a title, but don't act like we are not a good program.

All those resources and only 1 National Championship getting close to 40 years ago. That's some historic underachieving.

As if most of the major programs don't have money, alumni, and there are a lot of programs with a heck of a lot more "national brand" than Georgia.

Florida, California, and Texas are the top 3 recruiting states. Georgia may be once in a while, but most years, those will be the top 3. For you to suggest otherwise just undermines your whole silly point.

Oh yeah, and you totally ignored the point that UGA isn't even consistently the 2nd best program in the SEC. You have to be a giant before you're a sleeping giant.
